We are a Charity and collecting…
We are a Charity and collecting donations from individuals has become more focused on paying by card than putting cash in a bucket these days. Sum Up works very well for us, the charges are fair, and payment is normally received within 3 days, so very prompt. We have had no issues with the process since we started using it and the payment pad is wireless and works everywhere we have needed it to without having to log into wifi spots etc. Great System!

I’ve had the SumUp machine for many of years I’ve never had a problem whatsoever with the machine or the payment it’s always on time I’ve spoken to customer service only a few times and they were excellent my speaking to them was nothing related to the machine it was just to change my details and it was dealt with promptly
