I am still waiting to be onboarded…
I am still waiting to be onboarded despite providing all the information/identification required - nearly a working week now. Have chased twice - no response. Whole purpose of getting SumUp was to take advantage of Christmas services which will help the Churches finances. Terrible and inefficient service with loss of much needed income.

We are now on our 3rd solo machine in a…
We are now on our 3rd solo machine in a year. We are a charity and hold 3x events a year - each time we get the card machine out of the box it’s been disabled. SumUp tell us it has detected fraudulent use as it’s not been used - this makes absolutely no sense. So far it’s happened under warranty so they have replaced but not sure what happens next time. They advised to use every month so it doesn’t disable again - but we only hold 3x events each year. We have had to borrow sunup machines ...

We have been using Sumup for 3 years…
We have been using Sumup for 3 years now and it has been good experience. Our customers like that they can use American Express where lot of other local companies do not accept it. We also have a little online shop created through the Sumup and actually very easy to set it up and run it. So far,so good 😊

SumUp reader & account
I've had my SumUp card reader for 4 years for my craft events. Neat and easy to use, battery charged up only a few times. Also I have the business account card which is easy to use to pay for craft stalls and online purchases etc.
