Disaster customer service, disaster system, nothing works!
Look at my experience described below, and judge for yourself if this is a company you want to have anything to do with: I used the chat to ask for a phone number change. They told me to call. I called and was told to write an email. I wrote an email and they replied that I have to call. I called again, a lady told me I must write an email.
