My Question is read but not understood.
This is the second time I have attempted to change the email contact address for my account. I have followed the instructions faithfully but when I come to verify the new email address it fails, time after time. I mentioned this in my last "chat" and still the reply came with instructions of what to do which is what I had been doing to no avail and have stated so in the chat.

sumup card machine
i have had a problem with my debit card which is linked to the account the pin dosent work so i have been in tuch with sumup and they say to reset pin i have reset pin 3 times and they said they would rest the amount of times i have tryed the pin on saterday i when to shoping when to use my card and the machine in a loud vice said card declind inbarising i am begining to thing its a scam that if you use your card 10 times in a mounth then your transaction fees are less so they stop you ...

Absolutely a waste of time on my second…
Absolutely a waste of time on my second transaction they decided to do a security check witch took over a week to do and then said the 4 items they asked for wich I sent for day 1 needed more information so I cannot recommend this because the staff are gen z and unhelpful and keep saying it's a different department
