SumUp has made life easier
SumUp has made life for myself and my customers so much easier. It is so intuitive and easy to use. My favourite feature is being able to email receipts instantly, having entered the customer’s email address on one occasion, the SumUp system always sends a receipt automatically on future payments. Just great! Thank you SumUp.

having used sumup for 3 yrs i would not…
having used sumup for 3 yrs i would not recommend customer service is shocking unable to speak to anyone who is not in pakistan froze my account after i reported fraud froze all my funds but advised me i could continue to use the card for business purposes would never use again contacted by sumup today to be told they have paid £348 of my money they’ve withheld for 2 weeks into the wrong account and they don’t know when they can have it put into my own account as now they can’t find it ...

Always enjoyed using Sumup
Always enjoyed SumUp, the only downside I’ve had is when I referred a friend and they used a code they told me I’d get something for referral and I never received it, I’d have referred even if there wasn’t a deal but because I was told I’d get something and didn’t I was disappointed but everything else about using SumUp has been great
