A company impossible to communicate with.

We are a small charity with a business account. It’s useful these days to be able to take card payments as well as bucket collections, and have been doing so for 18 months. Suddenly SumUp have decided to stop our account thus rendering all our printed posters etc. useless. Sorry for the inconvenience is all they can say. Avoid! They did say they’d reimburse the card reader. Yet more inconvenience finding the receipts.

Cracking machine and service

Cracking machine and service. The fees are alot lower than Dojo who I was using before I changed. It's alot easier to see the fees that your charged and how low they are. Would definitely recomend for small or even big business.

Terrible customer service, please avoid

Terrible customer service. They seem ok at first, payments go through and they’re happy to take your money. Then the onboarding team get involved. I run a small not for profit Tuckshop. I’m not a registered business, don’t have meetings with minutes etc and just need a payment solution. As I don’t make them enough money they’ve just closed my profile. Onboarding team are awful… really bad customer service, won’t listen to customers and don’t care. Please avoid and use Square or Zettle
