Good knowledge and friendly service
Having been a customer of Sumup for some years and not fully understanding what perks and help the company was able to get, Askay Puri was really kind and talked through where we could get better rates and what POS and other accessories we could use to boost our sales and make life easier. Great customer service.

We had the pleasure of meeting with Adam from SumUp today, and his service was outstanding. He was extremely helpful, provided excellent customer service, and guided us on how to use the system to its full potential. Adam also took the time to help us navigate competitive fees, which was greatly appreciated. The system is easy to use, and we are very happy with the overall service. Highly recommend!

A service really appreciated!!
Been with sumup since I started my business on 2021 and never had any issues since then. Card reader replaced quickly when went off because of the low temperature. But mostly a huge thank you to Akshay the sumup manager of west London who helped me to find a better plan for my business today
