I had a very bad experience with the…
I had a very bad experience with the marketing department in France who put very high pressure on me to buy the whole machinery on the first phone call and gave me an ultimatum to spend 1000 euros before 10pm. The "hard sale" approach repulsed me. The agent refused to let me think about it and didn't want me to do a comparative review. Does not lead to trust and healthy relationship. BEWARE.

Hopeless support
When its working its fine. As soon as you need to contact customer /technical support its utterly hopeless. The staff are clueless and struggle to understand what device you're using, never mind how to solve an issue. Each member of support can only (badly) support one device and you get passed on to one of them at random, direct phone lines are anything but.

Awful company shouldn’t be allowed to handle money!!!
Do not use this company for transactions, have recently changed to these to take payment for my business and are holding £10400 in there account and won’t release funds to me, as it’s “a very large transaction” well funny enough sumup some businesses make large transactions!!! I’m not running a penny sweet shop!!!

I have been using sum up for a number of years now and I wouldn’t change this, using the business account is so easy and works better as a smaller business

Easy to use
Easy to use, fee not too high when you consider there is no need for a land line or additional sim card charge. Any time i had to ring the support team the support has been top class
