Great machines when working
Great machines when working, however if you ever have a issue and have to speak to customer service its a complete joke, just reading of a script and apologising without actually listening to the complaint avoid at all costs if you dont want to have a heart attack with frustration grrrrrrrrrrrr

Straight forward and easy to use
I find some app really easy to use. The website is easy to negotiate. Brilliant, has helped the sales greatly on my fair trade stall.

I have barely used my device in two…
I have barely used my device in two years. (20 transactions in total) and one they the device has been blocked. I contacted to them and they said the device was out of warranty and I had to order another one. I've never dropped the device or tampered with it. I highly suspect that they have blocked it intentionally to get the old devices replaced so they could make more money.
