For some reason Sum up has decided not to recognise my face !!! And can no longer use security facial id, most annoying!!!

poor and useless customer service
poor and useless customer service. card reader issues. all the time comes with transaction failed. struggling taking payment.. customer service blame the network but after the card machine runs out of warranty now they advise me to change the card machine…(which means to pay again for it)
