I used Sumup card payments many…
I used Sumup card payments many year.recently I got payment issued I contacted their relationship manager Ash he came to my clinic immediately and sorted out my card payments issues and he is very friendly and polite. He also recommended new payments service package helping our company save the commission costing.i do appreciate it.

Discusting leaving me penny less
Bad customer service saying they will put me in priority for verification and I’m still waiting they have over £4K of my money and I can’t get it effecting more than just me as I can’t pay staff etc I feel like they have me over a barrel I’ve even phoned up 4 times today as get no reply to emails and all was just the same answer like they are reading from a sheet of paper it’s a joke and disgusting service they have provided me with

Just blocked my card without warning…
Just blocked my card without warning and i cannot get into my account to withdraw funds !! .everyday ive rang them for Three days they keep telling me I will get a call from them still no call absolute joke of a company Avoid !!!! Update... still no email from them but as you can see they have said they have emailed me . do not trust them !!!
