Shady contract, incompetent support
If you are a business owner, you are clearly busy. Do you have time to submit a million support tickets and be ignored? Do you have time to sit through an automated phone menu and eventually just be told you'll receive a callback that never comes? Do you have time to wade through a million auto generated support ticket emails? Then sure, go for it. Handle with care
At first they were really friendly. I told them about my business model and they recommended the hardware. I bought the hardware, and started typing my products into the system so they could be in the cash register and at the same time on the online store. So far so good. Then all of a sudden I got emails saying my account has been terminated. No explanation, they just appeared to have had a change of heart.
