You keep delaying payments when people…
You keep delaying payments when people make transfers and you keep asking for proof of who the transactions from and what it's for when I'm obviously a plumbing and heating business I have had it four times within the space of a few months

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Normal wait time to receive your money is 4 to 5 days. My last transaction for 475.00 has taken over 11 days and after talking to customer support I have to keep sending more info to verify my business. Why ,I have been with sumup for almost 3 years. Well sumup I thing my service fees should be refunded with interest since I believe you just want to hold my money and others to gain that interest. Bob
