Akshay visited our shop today
Akshay visited our shop today. It was great to be able to review our use of SumUp with him. He ordered an upgraded device for us and by chance was able to help resolve a live payment issue for us. He was a very friendly and knowledgeable guy.

Update, after repeated requests through the chat, and writing this review. The account was restored. Adjusted the review rating. (originally 1*) Account blocked and unable to make payments transfers. No reply from initial information email from the security team. We are a newly founded business and we're please to find sumup so easy to set up. But after the partners transferred their shares, they blocked the account needing additional "security checks" this has left us unable to pay ...
