Absolutely terrible service.
Absolutely terrible service. Customer Service are unable to do anything, just send an email to a faceless depeartmemnt that ignore you. Have been trying to resolve an issue with invoicing for over 4 months. Now they are withholding my money, they have not paid out to my bank for 3 weeks. Seriously effecting business. Just wanting to let you guys know, the customer service is a disgrace. It has been 3 weeks since I received my solo card machine.... for 3 weeks i have the card the machine but it will not accept payments, so I called, emailed numerous times to sort out the issue.. they said your account is not active.... they then said we will activate it but for 2 3 weeks I have been calling and messaging but it is insane why they don't wish to help.... I will never ever recommend this to anyone... ...
