Terrible customer services
I use these for my buisness the customer service goes through to a foreign call centre and they read a set script they haven't a clue what they are doing and 99% get it wrong I'm fed up with having to contact them because things don't wotk like they should

After 9days
After 9days, they still won’t release my money, they won’t tell you what’s going on. They ask for document, I provide and they won’t respond for a week. Run from this people if you like your business. Customer service 0%, they all saying the same thing. Department and department with no tangible information or reason.
