Doesn't work
Doesn't work. Called customer support and they confirmed yes it doesn't work... Somebody was meant to call us back to resolve. But nobody did. Waste of time and money

Useless to the max
Useless customer service and team of people who just can’t understand the basics of how different companies operate. The Team blocked my account after I joined them because they didn’t understand why a Taxi driver would take contactless payments, to which I tried explaining we charge customers for journeys from A to B and customers pay contactless when they don’t have cash. But this is the basic information SumUp for some reason can’t understand. Don’t recommend them at all for their bad ...
