Device blocked- refused refund or replacement
I was given a sumup device as a Christmas present. When I turned it on, the device was blocked the moment it came out of the box. When I called customer services, I was told over and over again that as the device was not purchased by myself with proof of purchase, that the only option was to purchase a completely new one.
