Support is useless
Support is useless. sumup transactions and unit is wonderful. but if it goes wrong a dam robot answers and then a rep knows nothing about the system and why items lost, then resends and still has not arrived weeks later. ahhhhh I am sitting on the edge of my seat incase it goes wrong. Their reply is ridiculous, telephoning was met with apologies and no record of me. I eventually received in a hand written envelope from Germany NOT what I ordered, no organisation at all at sump.
