Please avoid
Please avoid. Useless business with nonexistent support and over zealous security team who only work one action per week. I was asked to provide information for a professional service provider Ltd co, that operates in a regulated industry and has all due diligence done and with a lot of footprint in the digital space, I had to explain what we do and provide avalanche of explanation. Avoid using sum up!
Avoid using sum up! Had my account for a while now, and not had any issues with it until this past week. Had a customer send me £75 on Friday 24th may, for items we had made him ( we are a wraps and graphics company) The customer is a regular of ours and has been for the past 4 years.. he sent us proof that he had transferred the funds to us & the later that evening he collected his order from us. Good one for using from anywhere . We had to use this for some emergency purposes. Our card machine was broken for few days so we had to use some alternate machines. We bought this machine next day and used it It was very easy to use but only the charges are bit high 1.69% but they pay the money next day and all quick and easy apps and set up.
