Useless customer service
Useless company. Customer service is offered via Africa as far as I could tell and te agents were absolutely shockingly bad. App is dreadful too, cant easily alter personal details, just all round rubbish. Going to look into other providers.

SumUp Card Reader
We have been using a SumUp 3G card reader at our Chillout London's kiosk at Westminster Pier for 3 years and it has worked well. However, recently we started to experience issues with it. When Aadam popped in to see how the business was doing and if we needed anything, we mentioned to him the issues we were having with the 3G card reader.
