I have a sumup 3g card reader
I have a sumup 3g card reader, that has now been discontinued, that has only lasted 14 months and now will not work without being connected to power supply. Customer service have informed me that I need to replace the reader at my expense. I would have thought that a professional quality product from a company this size should have a life expectation of more than 14 months. The App and payment system is good but unfortunately the life span of the product is not to expectations.

Adam was an absolute star
Adam was an absolute star. We need more people like him. Genuinely wanted to help and answered and responded in lightning speed. Solved an ongoing issue the charity was facing and caused us immense stress. I would recommend Sum Up and Adam to others
