Good service
So far I haven't had any issues, I'm using it to keep business seperate from my personal account, it's really user friendly. Could be better for detailed statements though. I've found it difficult to access these on my phone.

Do not sign up for Sum Up
Do not sign up for Sum Up. Apparently, it's in there terms and conditions they can just close your account without warning or reason. They've just done this to me. No explanation, nothing. They've kept my money and I have paid for a card reader which is now of zero use as it is/was linked to this account. I can't get my payments from Etsy as I can't change my bank account for another 28 days (I'd only just changed it to sum up). I cannot access customer support as I now no longer a customer ...

Dreadful customer service
Sent a link to pay, just going round I circles, phoned sumup for help after giving them all my details was told by pejas despite me giving them all my details and a copy of my driving licence they could not help me. Disgusting service
