Poor connection to network issues

Started having issues with processing…
Started having issues with processing orders since last Wednesday. If you count on the software to run your business I strongly suggest to look somewhere else as the support is poor politely said. The new change ( upgrade )seems to be a downgrade. The flexibility to check on sone functions are not possible on mobile devices for our staff. To process 1 order the system needs over 15 min to load the data.

Terrible service
After having finds fraudulently taken from my account via a computer hack I have had no customer service, no help or feedback when I will retrieve my funds. Sum up advertise themselves as a business account but don't have any customer service apart from the "relevant team" so I've moved to stripe which I highly recommend.
