Have Sumup been hacked?
After nearly a decade of great service providing a card reader for our cafe, suddenly we could not get into our account. Originally they responded to emails but then referred us to telephone help but after days of calls they could not cure the problem and eventually refused to speak to us by claiming we did not pass security questions which they had accepted on the previous few days. We are still unable to get into our account or take customers credit cards and we have no way of finding out ...
