Withdraw money
I want to withdraw my money from the SumUp account and I can't because my account has not been authorised. I contacted customer service and was advised to send an email with my passport and selfie. 5 days later I tried to contact them but they promised to return an email. ...problem because I need that money ASAP eh

Very simple operation.
Apart from a lengthy verification time of 3 months the whole system works really well. I am impressed. I have customers in many different countries. I will try outside U.K. and report. My first impression is 10/10.
