Customer service is a joke.
Customer service is a joke. Had a unauthorised chargeback issue which is still not resolved after a month. And they already took the money from account plus £10 so called admin charge. Customer paid by in person and still claimed charge back. Unworthy

Customer service non existent
Been using SumUp for 4 months and all was good. Unfortunately on Thursday they froze my payouts whilst they verified my identity. I sent off the required documentation, passport, driving license, utility bill, etc. They then asked for nature of the business, proof of trading and average transactions and maximum transaction I sent all this information to them by Friday afternoon and it is now Monday and I still cannot access my sales income from Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
