What do you like best? A mechanism of sharing search query by different ways, and various options to represent the data. What do you dislike? Favorite search option missing and ready made count options What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Troubleshooting issues made lot easier while trailing transactions of VoIP calls. saving lot of time to re use build searches.

I found one of its kind- faster, quicker, powerful Tool

What do you like best? The kind of queries, I can write to get reports. I can get any type of data using sumologic. What do you dislike? Learning curve, looking for some best learning material (example based) on this. Not too extensive, compact one. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Analyzing failure in prod logs & reasoning why it's failing.

Good message granularity, but difficult to write queries.

What do you like best? I love how in depth the query results are. Being able to filter a certain log field is very useful, and something I had not seen before in older version of Kibana. Being able to drag a specific time range in the log visualization tool and have the logs for that time range pop up are very useful. The JSON field formatting is also extremely useful. We use this to trace through logs and have been able to determine the flow of any particular request in our services. ...

What do you like best? We can integrate with many tools to feed the logs directly into SumoLogic. What do you dislike? I have not seen anything to unlike. It has great features.
