Very Robust Software
PROS: There are lots of features which means that it is a workhorse and will work for most businesses out of the box. CONS: Can seem a bit overwhelming, but once you get it all set up and configured to your needs it should seem pretty smooth.

PROS: Everything you need for CRM, quotes, invoicing, payments all under one system. Especially though love the branded client portal element. CONS: There's a lot of options to customise it. Obviously this is good if you need them but there's a lot and I feel I need a day to read up on them.

Suitedash for the win!!
PROS: Suitedash for the win!! I tested many portal applications before finding Suitedash. I was shocked at the missing features I found when testing most of their competitors. Suitedash has the features I need plus they are rapidly adding new features all the time. The pricing is a real value as well. I did find a couple of other worthy portal apps, but they charge more for one user than Suitedash charges for unlimited. The real standout feature for me is the ability to customize portal ...

Full tool for many requirements.
PROS: In one platform, we have a tool for many necessities as CRM, invoices, Project Manager, Pages for clients... CONS: The "transition" between pages could be faster... But I guess it is in improvement.

Great All-In-One For Many Types of Business
PROS: The ability to run many different types of business all within the app is great. From sales, marketing, quotes, invoicing, and project management, this tool has been our company's go-to for the last year and love it. CONS: Occasionally updates push a feature that I don't want and there's no way to remove. Luckily the support is great and they fix any problems quickly. Also the ability to view a submitted form via email, instead of having to log back into the app to see the submitted form.
