Amazing Automation Product

PROS: I purchased Suitedash because I needed an automated intake platform for my training company. After planning around with Suitedash, I got it set up beautifully. Now I am actually having people register for my courses online and the invoicing, payment collection, and course information distribution is all automated. It has saved me a ton of time!

This is Exceptional For Coaches

PROS: How they're so many business features that you'd normally have to invest in different tools and try to cobble them together but you get it all one in. CONS: It can seem a little overwhelming and initially I wasn't sure where to start. It helps to be clear about what you actually want to achieve and then see how to use Suitedash to help you or else you could get overwhelmed like I initially was.

Great All-In-One For Many Types of Business

PROS: The ability to run many different types of business all within the app is great. From sales, marketing, quotes, invoicing, and project management, this tool has been our company's go-to for the last year and love it. CONS: Occasionally updates push a feature that I don't want and there's no way to remove. Luckily the support is great and they fix any problems quickly. Also the ability to view a submitted form via email, instead of having to log back into the app to see the submitted form.

Great CRM for SmallBusiness!

PROS: It's robust features such as email marketing, reoccuring billing, customer contact management, team collaberations. CONS: The automated email marketing could be more robust. Needs ability to directly sync with email servers and track email interactions similar to Hubspot.

Full tool for many requirements.

PROS: In one platform, we have a tool for many necessities as CRM, invoices, Project Manager, Pages for clients... CONS: The "transition" between pages could be faster... But I guess it is in improvement.

Great tool

PROS: The tool is really great and complete. You can manage all your business. I like in particular the client portal that has a lot of feature and personalization options. CONS: The speed of the tool can be improved. This is the main issue. I suggest also to improve quotation and invoice layout.

Everything you could possibly need and more!

PROS: The best aspect of this platform is that it combines (very well) several stand-alone products. So it removes the necessity to use multiple tools; because it provides outstanding features for project management, time management, team management, CRM, collaboration and more...frankly it has everything you would need and more.

Great CRM tool and much more

PROS: SuiteDash is not just a great CRM tool that makes it easy to manage all your contact data and billing information. This tool also includes strong portal functionalities and marketing features. CONS: A native integration with MS Outlook would be very beneficial.
