Open Source but dificult to customize

What do you like best? Open Source and easy to use. Quite a few features out of the box. What do you dislike? Needed to hire a developer for certain customizations. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? CRM and sales tracking.

Clunky and hard to work with...

What do you like best? I like the mobile app. It’s functionality may be better than the web portal. What do you dislike? Almost all of it. There are some bright spots, but sometimes I feel like it is lip service. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None and None.

Sugar is our new go to

What do you like best? Its web based so outside guys can use it. Very easily customized and easy to use. Integrated with our in house systems and databases. What do you dislike? The Outlook ad-on can bog down and force a restart. A-la-cart pricing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quote and Sales tracking. Combining multiple pieces of software and databases into one easily accessible location.

A great way to produce data management

What do you like best? The SugarCRM is a free data management tool customizable the same way any other CRM is - similar to an Access database with the ability to use it as a data warehousing to GUI reporting interface. It's easy to program and setup. What do you dislike? Limited to small business functions and connectivity What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Small business data management & reporting of performance from these data

Easy to learn and very customizable

What do you like best? The best for me was the sugarCRM dashboard, Where you can customize and create a widgets to your business needs and see all of your shortcut and reports in one place. Also, the workflow functions are easy to manage and create. What do you dislike? The thing I like the least about Sugar is the lack of mobile features on the Sugar mobile app. It has the main quick creates of your client accounts, log calls and meetings, etc., but you are not able to create reports ...

Fairly priced but not very integrated compared to other CRM

What do you like best? Fairly priced and good customer service for customization etc What do you dislike? Not very well integrated - can not get reports on excel which can be easily digested Recommendations to others considering the product Inexpensive yet not very well integrated What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cross border sales team - so was important for us to keep track of accounts etc

Sugar CRM not suitable for Small companies

What do you like best? I asked why do we have to go through this as a new customer as its not in anyones interest and was told because they can. The initial sales agent Amara Cole was nice but promised lots of stuff that was never delivered What do you dislike? They passed us onto a so called Elite partner to implement system and despit spending over EUR65000 we are left with no system and all efforts to get help from Sugar have been ignored. Slow and cumbersome

What do you like best? Lots of options for customizing, but requires time to deploy. I do like the email notifications with shortcut links to the cases/Account. What do you dislike? Too hard to navigate. We get errors on a daily basis. If you fill in certain fields together, it errors our every time. our Sugar rep has not been able to figure it out. Easy to use and customize use versus its competitors

What do you like best? Easy to use interface, quick changes and not so feature heavy that it becomes cumbersome to use. What do you dislike?
