Pros and Cons of Sugar CRM
What do you like best? It is very customize-able so to an extent, you can code it in a way that works best for your company. I also like that there are several categories for touch points so you can prioritize them accordingly. What do you dislike? It is not very user friendly or efficient. Benefits from the rising tide of PHP innovations which let you keep up to date by adding new modules for a very affordable prices. What do you like best? It allows non-technical users and admins a very good level of customization. What do you dislike? Nothing - Sugar is an excellent CRM solution. Worst paid CRM on the market
What do you like best? The dashboard is easy to see who has performed in what way. Other than this it is worthless. What do you dislike? You get duplicate accounts, contacts, and more. There is no easy way to find contacts or accounts and the whole system is difficult to navigate. What business problems are you solving with the product? Lack of integrations with 3rd parties leaves lots to desire
What do you like best? Not enough integration with major 3rd party companies etc. What do you dislike? It is hard to navigate and track open accounts leads etc. lots of issues with duplicates. No built in dialer. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our finance department likes the reports it generates.

Sugar is a great beginning CRM
What do you like best? I like the customization of sugar quite a bit. There is seemingly not alot to it, and it is relatively easy to pick up. What do you dislike? Compared to other products, like SalesForce, it is a bit lacking. However it is cheaper. So that is understandable.
