Not my favorite CRM, but not the worst
What do you like best? To be honest, there is not a whole lot I love about Sugar. But I will say, as a sales rep, it's very easy to see who each account belongs to and who has touched it last. What do you dislike? There have been times where I have saved pretty high level contacts in Sugar, and I go back the next day to call that person and the contact is still in there, but the contact information is no longer there. A good CRM that can be customized easily.
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to customize the system to fit your company's individual needs. The tool is fairly simple to use and I like the reporting functions. It's easy to pull data from the system into reports that can be exported to Excel for deeper analysis. The workflow functions are easy to manage and create. What do you dislike?
