Always buggy although very intuitive
What do you like best? The ability to generate and make your own reporting based on custom metrics and pre-generated reporting. Many functionalities and integrations are available. What do you like best? Apart from being able to make sugar related puns, everything about it. It's a VERY easy CRM to use and as a new hire straight out of college it was great to be able to get a grasp of the technology on the first day. Accomplishes the basics, but surprisingly difficult to navigate.
What do you like best? SugarCRM has quite a few excellent functions that allow me to setup detailed funnels and attach notes/files to each account. What do you dislike? There is very little that SugarCRM has to offer in terms of user-friendly experience.
