Versatile with Room to Grow

What do you like best? The easy report features and the ability to quickly click between the account level & contact level. What do you dislike? The system has been timing out lately. (500 server error What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reporting! We had significant issues with the integrity of the report data in our previous CRM. Sugar has been great for creating and running various reports, whether a one-off report or a daily report.

Clean And Smooth CRM

What do you like best? How seamlessly my outlook and sugar can talk with each other. What do you dislike? The way the my calls is organized. It doesnt give you alerts when you need to make calls. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A great way to keep up with clients and leave notes. I aleays know where I left off with them our last conversation.

Sugar is a valuable CRM for a software company that requires customer subscription keycodes

What do you like best? Sugar has allowed us to quickly search for what we need in our database vs our old CRM. We also love the Collabspot liason tool for Gmail/Sugar. We can quickly input customer details right from Gmail. What do you dislike? When Collabspot acts up or Sugar slows down intermittently we find that to be very frustrating. Good for what we use it for

What do you like best? I like that our sales team can track their customer contacts easily and create opportunities to track for new customers. Our customer service team can track issues easily the API is simple to use and allows us to integrate some things into our other systems. What do you dislike? I personally dislike the user interface. What do you like best? It gets the job done, and it's mostly stable. Once you get used to it, it works as expected. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It has document storage, and an internal chat integration that is really practical.
