Great Experience

What do you like best? SugarCRM provides a great user interface. Easy to manage customers data. Support experience is good. What do you dislike? Few functionalities are not working properly which are required. These should be removed in the upgrades but still no success. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? From sales prospective it is great to have such CRM where we can manage whole data, even if look back after years.

It is an excellent tool to effectively track customer data, in addition you can keep track of transactions and thus achieve a practical monitoring of all data thus improving communication are customers. What do you like best? Easy to adapt to our needs (feilds, layout, Sugar support team answer quickly, lots of documentation available What do you dislike? Some functionalities would help in the Leads module, but Sugar team added this in the cases What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better documentation of the relation with our customers

What do you like best? Locating cases is very easy in order to assist clients. Also, I like the fact that you can receive reminders about tickets via email. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The software is very customizable, reports are easy to build, and the platform contains tools for sales, marketing, and support teams. What do you like best? The best things about Sugar (in theory are the ways to integrate with email and putting together lists. The lead scores generated with the integration with Act-On are also helpful. What do you dislike? We got Sugar to use in conjunction with Act-On...but the integrate doesn't really work. Overall this is my first CRM experience and i have enjoyed it

What do you like best?
