Works well!

What do you like best? It is easy to use and migrating data is easy as well. There is a lot of simplicity with using SugarCRM. It was straightforward, and user friendly. Decent CRM but not to par with others

What do you like best? Its a crm, not a ton else to say. It helps to keep this moving for sales and marketing. What do you dislike? The lack of native integrations is killer here. Building custom solutions for what already exists on Salesforce is a waste of time in my opinion. Customizable software for tracking relationships, but mediocre support

What do you like best? Sugar's customizability is a real asset to our business, because we are able to modify our approach (both macro and micro to sales without being inhibited by the inability of our CRM system to keep up. In that same vein, the levels of reporting in Sugar gives us the ability to see our sales funnel from many different angles. What do you dislike? Would never switch from Sugar!

What do you like best? I love that sugar is very organzied and how multiple actions I can do in it. Great Experience

What do you like best? SugarCRM provides a great user interface. Easy to manage customers data. Support experience is good. What do you dislike? Few functionalities are not working properly which are required. These should be removed in the upgrades but still no success. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? From sales prospective it is great to have such CRM where we can manage whole data, even if look back after years.
