sugarCRM is too useful. it is too easy to get any information you want without IT person.

What do you like best? it is possible to create automated business processes, and develops high values of sales pipeline. What do you dislike? for me the cost factor. it is too high for a small organization. they may not afford sugarCRM. What problems are you solving with the product?
