A great CRM when it comes to doing self-hosting for an SQL/Windows stack.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? SugarCRM can be highly customized. It has the option for self-hosting. You don't see such option in other platforms. We get to sync information from our ERP and other software via SQL database access. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Solid support.
