Their website is very confusing
Their website is very confusing! I could NOT find a tab or anywhere to submit my work. The help articles were NOT helpful! They did not tell me HOW to make a submission. How do you submit your work on submittable??

That can not be contacted directly. If you have a problem you are basically on your own. I can't get into my account and there is no one to help.
