Waste of money (for the normal price)
Waste of money. We have been told to not cancel our subscription till close to renew (displayed couple time on 27 of Nov) but then found out that was on 22 Nov after they took the money without even notifying it. And the low quality content they now have is a complete waste, with a poor service. Replay to storyblock: I already contacted your support and a refund was not possible, and said (you have it write into your FAQ too) that you don't send renew notification because "you don't want ...

NO REFUNDS AND SUPER LIMITED VIDEOS FOR FREE TRIAL
I signed up for the 7-day free trial to get videos for my school project, I was able to download ONLY 5 videos. I thought that was a limit of videos per day, but I tried downloading the next day, and I STILL CAN'T DOWNLOAD ANY VIDEOS. AT. ALL. Also, when I quickly called them the day after I missed the expiry date, they wouldn't allow me to get refunds and just extend my account. Once that was a great stock place for images...
Once that was a great stock place for a reasonable subscription price. Now it's just a service with rubbish images you get for subscription and the rest of the stock you still have to purchase - extremely inconvenient. The enterprise pack starts somewhere around $2000-3000 but we don't have the need for such capacity! Barely 30-50 hi quality picks per month which we don't have to buy separately each and every time.

Videoblocks has created a site that is enormously helpful for me.
My productions are small and offbeat. But when I need help with video clips I always can find what I need on videoblocks.com. I give them 5 stars!

ABSOLUTE SCAM AND WASTE OF TIME
The video stock is a scam and worst experience I have ever had with stock video services. They fail to provide their marketing promises with hidden messages and charges and refuse to take responsibility of what they cannot deliver. They lure you in with free trials with HD videos only. And because I needed 4k videos so I selected unlimited 4K videos and fully paid for 1st month. The previews of the majority videos do not load, how can I pick if I cannot see what the videos look like? The ...
