Terrible customer service

Not bad as far as you don't need them. I used it a lot for many project but that time I had a question about the validity of a licence on one of their clip showing a public figure. I never had the answer over if I could or not use the clip in a commercial work, they were just trying to sell me a more expensive package without garanteing anything. Too bad.

Best resource for audio I know of.

I run an animation studio and this is by far the best resource for music and SFX I've come across.

A time and money saver - top quality sound!

Storyblocks/Audioblocks has been a money and time saver n regard to quick accessibility to needed soundtrack, intro/outro, mood setting and sound effects. Within days of being a member, the saved files I’ve downloaded paid for the yearly fee, and I have more to download for the various project I produce. I appreciate the variety of options when searching for recordable music or sound effects from Storyblocks. The website is easy to understand and use. I like how you can refine your selections by tempo, genre, vocal, etc. They add new options from time to time, so the choices expand. I have yet to come away empty handed.
