I was interested to the unlimited video membership as I needed a lot of videos for my video project. Unfortunately, as soon as I downloaded them, I had error message saying that this type of file cannot be open. I tried again and again with different servers as Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer... Same difference, they don't want to be opened. I complaint about it via email with pictures as proofs and asked for a refund. The customer service has been useless and refused to refund me. ...

I’m so happy that my copyright issues were resolved quickly. Jason was very helpful and acted on it timely... taking away the anxiety! I’m grateful that there’s somebody who actively listens, and goes more than extra mile to help. Very grateful and thankful. Storyblocks as a platform is great

Storyblocks as a platform is great. A lot of material and easy to use and edit. As a subscriber to all they have to offer, I want to say it is just what I was looking for. However, there is a severe lack of authentic people of color represented in the material including some very offensive "Native American" material which is really just two white models on a beach taking selfies.
