Scam site

You pay, they say you have 5 downloads, but you don't! You can only choose to download from a few garbage videos no one wants. It is getting ridiculous that even a paying customer doesn't get anything these days. I can't believe I paid $25 and still can't download what I wanted. This site is a scam.

I had an amazing experience speaking with Alexandra (Support Agent) she answered all of my questions and never got aggravated with me! Christian, (Supervisor) was very nice & respectful! They both made me feel as if they wanted to to give me a great experience! They or a great asset to Storyblocks!

I have used this company for a few months and love the services. We did have a billing issue where we were double charged, but after reaching out to the company the issues were resolved within a matter of hours. Even better the company took ownership of the system error and issued us an additional credit. Two thumbs up if you ask me.

As I am not a tech person I was having trouble downloading music with my paid subscription and sent a chat to Story Blocks and Susie from the company called me and walked me through all that I needed to do. She was patient, understanding, kind and very polite and had a happy sound to her voice. Thanks to Susie I am all set, know more than I knew before about Storyblocks and it's all because of her. What do you like best about Storyblocks? The stunningly creative videos are terrific. The price is fantastic, especially when compared to some stock photo sites that offer videos. (They also offer audio and pics, but I have been using this service for the videos.)

There are not many companies where you can say consistently that their support is great, but that has been my experience with Storyblocks. I spoke with Herman on the phone today and once again he was not only able to help but did it with empathy and concern. Of course the product itself is excellent! I highly recommend Storyblocks for the best content and support.
