Fixed Our Account

We lost our team member who was responsible for managing our Storyblocks account locally and the email address associated with it became a dead link, so we had no way to log in to our account. I called tech support and they got back to me the next day and after some minor issues on my part were able to get us hooked up! Ty (our tech support person) was polite, patient and extremely professional the entire time and made the whole process so much easier!!!

I wish I could rate Storyblocks higher than 5 stars! I've had a subscription for a couple of months now and I am loving it. They have everything I need and downloading the content is incredibly easy (& at such an affordable price). The customer service is PHENOMENAL and I can honestly say I've never had such a positive experience with customer service support before. Amazing customer service!!

I just got off the phone with Herman from Videoblocks and I was very impressed. The level of service and his ability to take care of my billing issue with such patience and concern was amazing. I have been a subscriber for several years now and have enjoyed the catalogue, and even with that, I was not expecting such great service. Well done videoblocks!

Best bang for your buck

By far the most affordable stock footage site, and great selection! I've already made a few videos with the stock footage and they've turned out great. I paid for a year upfront of unlimited video downloads and it's been amazing so far. It's pushed my videos to the next level, and makes me actually excited to make YouTube videos vs how overwhelmed I was feeling before.
