Avoid this company, charging me for years without any e-mail notifications

I think I bought a video when they used to be called Videoblocks, then I find out years later they rebrand to Storyblocks and have been charging me annually for 3-4 years until I saw it pop up on my bank statement today. No e-mails in regards to subscriptions. I consider that stolen money as I never subscribed, I may have bought a video but then they decided to charge me on some crappy membership. I never used the website since, any honest company would let you know. I will get recompense ...

I used them for one year and I don't like the audio plan but when the contract ends they automatically charged me for both video and audio plan without giving you any option to opt out one plan. You called them and all they said someone will contact you but they have never did so I ended up to dispute the transaction from my credit card company.

Storyblocks do NOT send out reminders…

Storyblocks do NOT send out reminders on renewals or invoices with their auto payment system Its the only service I have seen that fails to warn people of renewals I have been charged for 4-5 years and didn't even know it.

What do you like best about Storyblocks? There's a pretty decent variety of content. There are templates also which is a really nice feature and the footage is mostly high quality.

Difficult at First, But All's Well at the End

It was difficult to get someone on chat or information on the site. I called the number and got a 3rd party answer. Finally, Jason emailed me and he got my problem sorted out and fixed.
