I greatly appreciate the services provided by Storyblocks. I had an issue which was resolved quickly and efficiently by a representative. Having the possibility of using stock footage (both audio and video) of a variety of types is wonderful but equally fantastic is getting a response to issues that may arise in terms of billing or other concerns by someone who can assess the best way to handle the situation - quickly and considerately. Thank you!

Such a time sink!
It's a shame because the site is great and when you have *absolutely stellar* internet it can be lovely but the loading time is awful otherwise. When traveling I will have to use a completely different MacBook to load, refresh and battle with Storyblocks to get the clips I want. Not downloading them, just to get the site to load properly so I can pick the one I want. I have literally done a complete full length YouTube edit on one MacBook Pro while I am tackling for 1 video on Storyblocks ...

Quick and Painless support
Just using the the chat I was able quickly get my account sorted out. Job change caused some login email issues. I use storyblocks on a regular basis. First time using support and it was a smooth experience. Totally recommend Storyblocks!
