I was misguided into thinking I could download clips without restriction (except for the 4K footage) by paying $99 for a years membership! They DO NOT tell you in their "please, don't leave us" pop ups that you only get to download clips with very poor content. The other footage is to be payed (with a so called "discount). SCAM and Robbery!!!

I registered 7-day free trial, and they charged me twice after the trial period ended without my permission. I tried to cancel my account within 7 days but without luck. It was redirecting me to the site saying : 'Whoops! Looks like something got lost'. That is showing that problem is in graphickstock, not my fault. And after that they charged me $79! I was shocked to see my bank account bill with this amount. I was scammed, they do not answer or respond to my emails!! I want my money ...

Really good value

The best value stock imagery resource I have ever found. I got an amazing subscription deal and now use it all the time. Image quality is good. Not the best out there compared to the likes of Alamy and Adobe Stock but for the cost they charge subscribing is a no-brainer. Al - marketing

Ideal price and good benefits

I've tried out Graphicstock for 1 year because of a special offer I've received and I have really enjoyed it. Despite having a super huge archive of images myself, I've found it very practical to use their service and website. Most of all I like the immediate download button, placed next to the image, which saves a lot of time. Unscrupulous business practices.

Basically rather then spend their money on providing a quality service, they have chosen to spend it on defending their dubious business practices. If you have to spend half of your customer service time responding to complaints, maybe you should take that as a hint and just provide refunds when asked. Scammed! Daylight robbery

I received the invitation to download images with a free 7 day trial. Immediately after the 7th day, they billed me $79! I was shocked to see my credit card bill with this amount. This site has something for everyone developing a project or just wanting to enhance one. I have used several high quality introductions, title pages, graphics, effects and segways and I have never been disappointed in the least. Seamless transitioning and state of the art production make this vendor indispensable to the video industry regardless of the genre.

Buyer beware. Bait and Switch Scam.

When you first look at the site, the deceptively show you a bunch of videos not included in the subscription. I signed up for a free trial, saw the scam, and tried to cancel. I had to cancel on the site, then they make you call and there is no one available. The next day I get an email stating I can't cancel because I didn't sign up for the free trial but rather the full year. I am contesting it with our CC company.
