GREAT Content for a GREAT Price!

VideoBlocks offers a lot of GREAT content for a very reasonable yearly membership fee. It's saved me a TON of money and makes my videos and shows look FANTASTIC! I HIGHLY recommend VideoBlocks!

Can't cancel my 7 day free trail

I want to cancel my free 7 day subscription. I have now looked at your support centre and followed the instructions. So I have looked at the My Account page and there doesn’t appear to be any option to cancel my subscription as indicated in your support centre. SCAMBloack is better name

So I paid $99.00 for an unlimited downaloads account. I downloaded a few clips. Then forgot about it. Jump to a month ago, I logged in back and all clips I wanted to download are having 'Add to Cart' option only, no 'Download' buttons. "When I am a full member and my account page shows 'Unlimited downloads' 'Expires in 8 months', then why I can't download?" I asked the same question on email, contact form and their 'tech support'. Brilliant footage

I use VideoBlocks constantly.The nature of my work demands that I keep my posts fresh and new with relevant footage and visuals. I get it all on VideoBlocks. Also using the sister sites to complete my offering, everything is in one place. The product is affordable and accessible. It also acts as a creative catalyst in activating the imagination even while browsing.

Very bad!

I had a free account for 7 days and even though I tried to cancel the account (on my mobile was't working at all) I was constantly receiving an error message. Therefore 79 dollars have been taken from my account! I wrote them an email, explaining the exact problem and the answer wast that they can not return the money since they "Our subscriptions are non-refundable because we use the funds to expand our library, providing you with new content and a better experience.". Graphicstock helpful and reliable.

Graphicstock is really easy to join and navigate. They have a generous free trial offer, and a low priced annual plan, simple with no hidden costs. It is easy to find the images you want and there is also a lot of support. They will even send a legal letter of rights to the images on request. Admittedly when I started the free trial I believed there was not a wide variety of images, but there has been an exponential growth in the number and variety of available images. I think there is no other place like this, their prices are very affordable and they have a huge amount of different clips and other multimedia pieces. I highly recommend to subscribe to this site.

On the other hand....

This is a coincidence. I had a billing problem with my card getting charged an annual fee after purchasing last year in February. I got on the phone and got to a manager who reversed the transaction immediately. Since I like their product itself, I thought I'd leave a review about the good service and here I find a complaint about this very issue. Well, I can testify that they are paying attention. So...good all around.

Absolute deliberate intent to mislead you into an offer that is nothing like you are lead to believe.
