Misleading.

Misleading. I'm an author and part of my marketing is book trailers. I've had good luck with them, and usually just use stock photos from trusted sources, and music from sources like Soundgarden. I recently decided to incorporate video, and plunked down the membership fee for Videoblocks, which is part of Storyblocks. BIG MISTAKE. The videos in the membership area are the one no one wants. 7 day trial then cancellation

I signed up for a 7 day trial. Immediately upon gaining access to the image library, I discovered that the image quality was not in comparison to another stock photo site that I’m a member of, so I canceled my trial. Or so I thought. To my surprise, I was billed two months in a row even though I thought I had canceled. I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful. VideoBlocks - A Great Company!!

I am a member of both VideoBlocks and AudioBlocks. They have fabulous selection. I have had the pleasure of downloading content practically non-stop, so much so that I happily purchased an additional hard drive just for my content... Now I have a designated hard drive just for all of my video production needs.... They also have wonderful Customer Service. I think the yearly subscription really …

I think the yearly subscription really worth it. I am a game developer and my game and trailers constantly need sounds, sometimes just a little effect, sometimes a full music track. This issue was 100% solved by Audioblocks. Sometimes I am searching a lot for what I need, but at the end I always find something useful.

Ramps up my Public Access TV programs

I produce 2 TV programs for the public access station in Ashland, Oregon. I opened an account with VideoBlocks so I could get an occasional video clip that would help me tell a story when my own resources left a gap. I found so many beautiful clips that are free with the subscription that I use a lot of them in some shows. They have really ramped up the quality in my production. okey, few days ago i wrote a bad review here with a 1 star rating toward videoblocks, because i subscribed for a 6 months plan and their system detected my credit card as a fraud so it canceled my account automatically and refunded me, but as their terms and conditions make it clear that they don't give a refund and because i didn't receive the money at that moment, i thought they scammed me, and after a lot of talking to the support team the image became clear that it was all a ...

I've tried to unsubscribe Storyblocks emails for a long time now. Nothing works. They keep sending me emails.

Misleading 'offer'

Misleading 'offer'. It says free trial and no obligation but they took €68,- of my credit card. They only needed my cc data in case I want to become a member.
